Drum roll please..(imagine hearing a drum roll).....we are proud to announce for the 13th time DK Ford Leduc has been awarded the prestigious Ford President’s Award for 2015, with Diamond Level distinction!
Now that we got our bragging out of the way, we would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts all our customers and staff who have made this possible! Every year Ford Motor Company rewards their dealers on a yearly basis with this very hard to earn award which is based on outstanding achievement is sales and customer satisfaction. We at DK Ford strive for this achievement, we set out goals and set up processes that are reviewed on a daily basis with the hopes that by the end of the year we can once again hoist the Stanley Cup of Canada’s Ford dealers. This will be our 10th win in the past 11 years and the last 3 wins have been at the Diamond Level which is the top award that Ford hands out. In order for dealers to achieve this, dealers must qualify by having a certain level of market share in their respective market areas, however more importantly dealers must also have outstanding customer satisfaction scores which are based strictly on our own customers experiences in both sales and service. By no means do we think DK Ford Leduc is perfect nor do we not make any mistakes, after all we are all human. And let’s be honest, the automotive business hasn’t had the best reputation over the years, however we feel we are different than many of our peers and that’s what sets us apart.
Working at DK Ford, we are lucky that we have a group of owners that stress customer and employee satisfaction. DK Ford is a family owned and operated dealership which in 2016 is a rare thing. All you have to do is open a local newspaper to realize that most dealerships are owned by the 2 or 3 major auto groups which focus primarily on the interests of investors and stock markets, and less on the customer. We are also very lucky that at DK Ford Leduc we have the best customers in the world. Yes, that may sound cliché, but I have worked here now 19 years and through the good times and the tough times our customers have been loyal, and without all YOU great customers, I wouldn’t be writing this blog today.
