How To Earn Points

Sales

Receive a generous reward of 30,000 Thank You Bonus Points when you make the decision to purchase or lease a brand-new Ford vehicle.

Service

Accumulate 10 Points for every dollar you spend on:

  • Earn 10 Points for each dollar spent on Ford, Motorcraft®, or Omnicraft™ parts or accessories, as well as any associated labor costs (must be documented on a Repair Order).
  • Enjoy the added benefit of earning 10 Points per dollar spent on service performed under a Ford Maintenance Protection Plan or Ford Protect ESP plans.
  • If you are not currently a member at the time of service, you have the opportunity to enroll within 14 days of the Repair Order (RO) closure. By doing so, you can retroactively receive Points for the service you received during that period.
  • For eligible transactions where a partial payment is made out-of-pocket and a partial Point redemption is utilized, Points will be earned based on the portion that is paid out of pocket. This means you will still accumulate Points for the amount you personally pay for the transaction, even if you use Points to cover a portion of the cost.

Note: Certain items, like parts counter tickets, accessories bought during the sale, warranty work, and similar transactions without a retail Repair Order, are not eligible for earning Points.

How to Redeem Points

Sales

You have the option to redeem your existing Points towards the purchase or lease of a new Ford or Lincoln vehicle, as well as for vehicle accessories or Ford Protect Maintenance and ESP contracts.

Service

Points can be redeemed toward:

  • You can utilize your Points for the purchase of Ford, Motorcraft®, or Omnicraft™ parts or accessories, as well as any associated labor costs, including Body Shop repairs.
  • You can use your Points towards a Ford Protect Contract, which includes maintenance plans and extended service plans (ESP), after the vehicle sale has been completed. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of your Points for additional coverage and peace of mind.

How To Enroll

To enroll in FordPass Rewards, please follow these steps:

  1. Download the FordPass App:
    1. Apple
    2. Android
    3. or visit FordPassRewards.ca on your mobile device or computer.
  2. Accept the Terms & Conditions provided during the enrollment process.
  3. Set your preferred Ford Dealer.

To ensure that Points are awarded correctly:

  1. Activate the FordPass Connect Modem for new vehicle sales.
  2. Report sales and close Repair Orders (ROs) promptly to ensure timely recognition of Points.

By following these instructions, you can successfully enroll in Ford Protect Plans and ensure that Points are properly awarded.
