3.3L V6

F-150 Engines - LeducLet's kick it off with the F-150 XL, which is the base trim level, and comes standard with a 3.3 L V6 base engine. It produces 290 HP and 265 lb/ft of torque and comes equipped with a 10-speed automatic transmission. It’s relatively efficient with a national fuel consumption rating of 12.8 / 10.2 / 11.6 (city / highway / combined) L/100 KM. This engine is available in a 4WD configuration and multiple trim packages.


2.7L EcoBoost

Let's move along to the 2.7 L EcoBoost. This is a second-generation EcoBoost engine with dual direct and port injection; which helps reduce engine noise and increase torque. It is a twin-turbo engine capable of 325 HP and 400 lb/ft of torque. This engine provides tremendous performance in a smaller package. It’s very efficient with a national fuel consumption rating of 12.7 / 9.8 / 11.4 (city / highway / combined) L/100 KM.


5.0L V8

F-150 Engines - LeducNow let's take a closer look at the 5.0 L Coyote V8, the only current V8 selection in the F150 lineup. It comes equipped with the same dual direct and port injection system and is rated at 395 HP and 400 lb/ft of torque. It has increased horsepower over the 2.7L turbo V6, but it has the same torque rating. The 5.0L engine, when paired up with a regular cab 4X2 8' box and Heavy-Duty Payload Package; provides a max payload of 3,270 Lbs. The 5.0L engine delivers the power and reliability necessary to get the job done. The 5.0L will also help save money at the pumps, with a national fuel consumption rating of 15.1 / 11.0 / 13.3 (city/highway/ combined) L/100 KM.


3.5L EcoBoost V6

F-150 Engines - LeducThe 2.7L V6's bigger brother. Similar to the 2.7L, the second-generation 3.5L comes equipped with dual direct and port fuel injection; though, this engine does offer increased power and torque over the latter. The engine is rated at 375 HP and 470 lb/ft of torque. A potent combination of efficiency and power, the 3.5L six-cylinder EcoBoost engine allows your F-150 to maintain optimal performance at all times.The 3.5L EcoBoost also balances power and economy with a national fuel consumption rating of 14.3 / 10.5 / 12.5 (city / highway / combined) L/100 KM.


3.0L Power Stroke Diesel V6

F-150 Engines - LeducThe 3.0L Power Stroke Diesel V6 utilizes a new 10-speed automatic transmission co-developed with GM (General Motors). Rated at 250 HP and 440 lb/ft; the engine uses a variable-geometry turbocharger and shares its compacted graphite iron (CGI) engine block with Ford's 2.7-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6. Ford engineers optimized this Power Stroke pickup for durability and driveability. This engine boasts a national fuel consumption rating of 11.8 / 9.3 / 10.7 (city / highway / combined) L/100 KM.


3.5L High Output EcoBoost V6

F-150 Engines - LeducThis specially tuned twin-turbo V6 engine has unique and strengthened internal components, delivering an incredible output rating of 450 HP and 510 lb/ft of torque. This engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and features both the Tow/Haul mode and Terrain Management System; offering a truly customized driving experience. This engine is standard on the 2019 Ford F-150 Limited and Raptor.
