We were able to make an appointment just one day out for an oil change when passing through the Edmonton area enroute from Alaska to Pennsylvania, USA. Paula graciously made an appointment time convenient for my wife and I and when we arrived the next day, Darren, our service advisor, was very helpful in finding us a place to park our trailer while the service was being performed. The quality of service was outstanding, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. It's refreshing to deal with a team that values customer satisfaction and takes pride in their work.
