A common dilemma our customers get when buying a new 2020 F-150 is which trim level is right for them. The most popular trim levels are the XLT, Lariat, Platinum, Limited, and King Ranch. But what sets them apart from each other? Let’s talk about it below.
What are the differences of each trim?
The main differences between each trim level are the price, technological features, exterior body design, and in some cases, the engine. For example, the King Ranch is famous for its western stylings, from its logo down to the interior details. With each elevation in the trim level, pricing increases correspondingly.
XLT
The XLT includes everything offered in the XL, the most basic trim. An added benefit of updated styling, chrome detailing, FordPassTM Connect 4G Wi-Fi Modem, and SYNC, which uses Bluetooth to connect your phone and your truck. It comes with basic technological features like power side mirrors, power windows, and locking tailgate. If you’re looking for a fuss-free, all-around vehicle, the XLT is the trim level for you.
