The 2026 Bronco introduces new appearance choices, package combinations, and roof options while keeping the removable-door, off-road-focused design the model is known for. New and updated equipment includes:

The Stroppe Edition moves to a four-door-only configuration for 2026, and Heritage Edition is no longer available for fleet orders. A later order-guide update also removes Oxford White as a Heritage Edition body colour (the white hard top remains standard).

2.3L EcoBoost Engine

Standard on Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands, and Heritage Edition. On eligible models it pairs with either a seven-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic: Outer Banks uses the automatic, while Base, Big Bend, Badlands, and Heritage Edition also offer the manual.

2.7L EcoBoost V6

Pairs with the 10-speed automatic and is available on eligible Outer Banks, four-door Badlands, and Heritage Edition configurations. Also standard on the military-sales Stroppe Edition and included with the new Wildtrak Package.

3.0L EcoBoost V6

Exclusive to Bronco Raptor, paired with the 10-speed automatic and Raptor-specific hardware including locking front and rear axles, HOSS 4.0 suspension with FOX Live Valve dampers, and 37-inch all-terrain tires. Ford's 2026 order guide doesn't yet list finalized horsepower, torque, or fuel-economy figures for this engine, so those should be confirmed once Ford publishes the Canadian specs.

Transmissions and 4x4

The seven-speed manual includes a dedicated crawler gear, Crank-in-Gear function, and Hill Descent Control. The 10-speed automatic adds Trail Control and Trail Turn Assist with the 2.3L engine, and on Outer Banks, Badlands, and Raptor it also supports Trail One-Pedal Driving, letting the driver manage acceleration and low-speed braking through the accelerator pedal on tough terrain.

Every 2026 Bronco includes four-wheel drive and a Terrain Management System with selectable G.O.A.T. Modes. Base models get Normal, Eco, Sport, Slippery, and Sand; Badlands expands that to include Off-Road, Rock Crawl, and Baja. The available Advanced 4x4 system adds automatic on-demand engagement, and comes standard on Badlands, Heritage Edition, Stroppe Edition, and Raptor.

Other available off-road systems include electronic-locking front and rear differentials, front stabilizer bar disconnect, and auxiliary switches with pre-run wiring. Equipment varies by trim, transmission, and selected package.

Body-style availability differs by model. Base and Badlands are offered with two or four doors; Big Bend, Outer Banks, and Raptor use a four-door layout only. The two-door Bronco comes standard with a removable Carbonized Gray moulded-in-colour hard top, while four-door models typically include a black cloth soft top with several optional hard tops depending on trim. An available Dual Tops option combines a selected hard top with a soft top included in the vehicle, on eligible four-door configurations.

Every Bronco includes a tool kit for removing the doors and roof panels, and available storage bags help protect them once removed. Roof, door-storage, and accessory compatibility depends on the model and package selected.

Adds major off-road hardware to eligible Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, and Badlands models, and is standard on Heritage Edition and Stroppe Edition. Depending on trim, it includes Advanced 4x4 with automatic on-demand engagement, 35-inch rugged-terrain tires, 17-inch matte black alloy wheels, electronic-locking front and rear axles, a 4.7 final-drive ratio, high-clearance suspension and fender flares, and position-sensitive Bilstein shock absorbers. On Badlands, it also adds the front stabilizer bar disconnect. Available beadlock-capable wheels and Sasquatch graphics offer further customization.

Adds more trail and underbody equipment to eligible Big Bend models, including Advanced 4x4, powder-coated steel front and rear bumpers, full-vehicle steel bash plates, rock rails, auxiliary switches, LED fog lamps, an electronic-locking rear axle, 32-inch all-terrain tires, rubberized washout flooring with drain plugs, interior grab handles, and black-painted steel wheels. It can also be paired with the Sasquatch Package for more ground clearance, larger tires, and locking front and rear differentials.

Returns for 2026, available on four-door Bronco Badlands. Combines the 2.7L EcoBoost V6, 10-speed automatic, Sasquatch Package, HOSS 3.0 suspension with FOX internal-bypass dampers, and the Black Appearance Package, giving Badlands buyers a factory-selected combination of high-clearance hardware, 35-inch tires, locking axles, upgraded suspension, and black exterior styling. Not available with every roof configuration.

Available on eligible Bronco Outer Banks models, requires the Sasquatch Package, and is offered with Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat or Wimbledon White. The Bronco lineup uses several versions of Ford's High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension. HOSS 1.0 is standard on Base. HOSS 2.0 is standard on Badlands, with rear Bilstein position-sensitive dampers. HOSS 3.0 is available on Badlands with Sasquatch and included with Wildtrak, using FOX internal-bypass dampers for more demanding terrain. HOSS 4.0 is exclusive to Raptor, with FOX Live Valve dampers and Raptor-specific hardware.

Badlands and Black Diamond-equipped models include rubberized washout flooring with drain plugs. Marine-grade vinyl seating is standard on Badlands, and MOLLE straps on the front seatbacks provide attachment points for compatible gear. Every 2026 Bronco includes SYNC 4 with a 12-inch centre touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, cloud-connected capability, conversational voice recognition, a digital owner's manual, 911 Assist, dual smart-charging USB ports, and Ford App compatibility. The Ford App can support remote locking, unlocking, vehicle location, and status information once the required modem and connected services are activated.

The 2026 Bronco also includes an initial one-year access period for the Ford Connectivity Package, covering Wi-Fi hotspot, audio and video streaming, voice-assistant services, and entertainment. A one-time-purchase option extends access up to seven years on the original vehicle.

The available Mid Package is standard on Outer Banks and included on higher trims, with eligible equipment-group availability on Big Bend and Badlands. 2026 Bronco Big Bend

Adds 17-inch aluminum wheels, 32-inch all-terrain tires, rear privacy glass, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The available Mid Package brings heated seats, dual-zone climate control, connected navigation, Pro Power Onboard, and expanded Ford Co-Pilot360 technology. Big Bend also offers Black Diamond, Free Wheeling, Black Appearance, and Sasquatch configurations.

2026 Bronco Outer Banks

Combines Bronco capability with more comfort and exterior refinement. Standard equipment includes the four-door body, 10-speed automatic transmission, leather-trimmed and vinyl seating, heated and power-adjustable front seats, a heated steering wheel, 18-inch wheels, side steps, LED signature lighting, the Mid Package, and Pro Power Onboard. 2026 Bronco Badlands

Built for more technical off-road driving. Standard equipment includes Advanced 4x4, HOSS 2.0 suspension with rear Bilstein dampers, locking front and rear axles, 33-inch rugged-terrain tires, steel front and rear bumpers, full-vehicle steel bash plates, rock rails, marine-grade vinyl seats, washout flooring, seven G.O.A.T. Modes, and auxiliary switches. Available with two or four doors, manual or automatic transmission, and 2.3L or available 2.7L EcoBoost power (four-door only). Available upgrades include Sasquatch, HOSS 3.0, front stabilizer bar disconnect, Black Appearance, and the new Wildtrak Package.

2026 Bronco Heritage Edition

Combines retro-inspired styling with standard Sasquatch capability: the Oxford White-painted hard top, white grille with red Ford lettering, unique white wheels, plaid cloth seating, Heritage exterior graphics, Advanced 4x4, locking front and rear axles, 35-inch rugged-terrain tires, steel bumpers, front underbody protection, and heated front seats. For 2026, the 2.3L EcoBoost engine can pair with the seven-speed manual or available 10-speed automatic, and the 2.7L EcoBoost V6 is also available. Oxford White is no longer available as a body colour on this trim, though the hard top stays Oxford White regardless of exterior colour.

2026 Bronco Raptor

The highest-performance model in the lineup, built around the 3.0L EcoBoost V6, 10-speed automatic, Advanced 4x4 with locking front and rear axles, HOSS 4.0 suspension with FOX Live Valve dampers, front stabilizer bar disconnect, and 37-inch all-terrain tires. Also includes full-vehicle heavy-duty steel bash plates, the Ford Performance modular front bumper, a reinforced swing gate, full-display rearview mirror, and the Lux Package with 360-Degree Camera, Adaptive Cruise Control, and B&O audio, all standard. Available Raptor appearance packages include Code Orange, Black Appearance, and Shadow Black themes.
