He must’ve used the equivalent t… MoreI brought my fiancé’s escape in for a leaking hose, thinking it was one of the brake lines possibly. However the tech determined it to be the CPU “rear end” vent line. He must’ve used the equivalent to webmd for mechanics for what was suggested. I was quoted $3600 for the rear end to be replaced. This came as a shock only having 107km, no noises, or performance issues. I looked it up online and it turned out to be a common issue amongst fords. I had the vent line and two check valves replaced and they only cost $30 in parts. I’ve heard DK is great to buy from. However if we ever buy another ford or her’s need work again. Needless to say it won’t be going back to DK. Less

He went above and beyond more than any other salesman I have ever dealt with. He set up my phone to SYNC and spent time with me showing me everything I needed to know. He also sent me some videos to watch for my Escape. Brandon from financing remembered me from 2 1/2 years ago and printed my new pink card for me from the insurance company. Unbelievable service at DK Ford. I recommend this dealership to anyone for sure!!! Less
