Went into DK Ford and dealt with Mark Leason. I’ve been in sales for over 20 years and for someone relatively new in sales Mark made our buying experience so much more enjoyable for my wife and I. He wasn’t pushy and delivered on everything he said he would do. Hopefully he’s around when we are buying another vehicle, cause I would go back just to deal with him. Shannon Vivian in finance was also very good to deal with. Answered all my questions and took his time explaining everything. The truck was detailed so well it looked like a new truck. Couldn’t ask for a better buying experience. Five stars all around for everyone that I was helped by. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Less
