So why 4 stars? The service manager and shop foreman jumped right in, hands on and verified that the problem was indeed misdiagnosed. The original repair and cost was reversed and I was only charged for the correct repair. First time a shop has ever so readily rectified their mistake in my 45 years of vehicle ownership. Anyone can make a mistake, it’s how you handle it that counts. DK did it right and I will return for more service in the future Less
