A few year's back we had our new (under 1 year old) truck stolen and the staff at DK Ford (Ken and Brandon) took great care of us in guiding us through the process and getting us set up with a new truck...during Covid which wasn't easy. Since then we have always brought our truck in for regular service there too. Darren Shilton has always gone out of his way to take good care of us and our vehicles. Maria, the shuttle driver is a joy too! She is always happy and postivie and even remembers me each time (I know because we continue our conversations that we were having the last time). It might sound strange to say about car sales and service people, but I trust the staff at DK Ford. They have always been honest and if something was ever not-quite-right, they made sure it was looked after. Less

As that it was late fall, we couldn’t accurately test the AC. In the spring during a hot spell, we discovered that the AC was blowing hot air. Because we purchased an extended warranty we were able to make a claim. Darren was the service agent who assisted me. He was kind and informative. I appreciated that he worked with the warranty company and went to bat for me when they wanted to push back. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism of the team. Less
