I haven’t even left the dealership yet, waiting for my service, but I just felt compelled to highlight how great the staff here are; Not just with customers like myself who find booking, the actual se… MoreI haven’t even left the dealership yet, waiting for my service, but I just felt compelled to highlight how great the staff here are; Not just with customers like myself who find booking, the actual service, communication/ accommodations made, accountability, problem solving and care taken of my vehicle and anything that may arise after service exceptional, but how they treat/laugh with each other and are so friendly to anyone just waiting around extending “good mornings”, beverage/ride offers and friendly banter with puppies if you’re lucky. I’ve brought my car here for the past 3yrs and this is the norm. And it seems they don’t have huge staff turnover because Ive been speaking with the same ppl since my first time at DK. They have never tried to selling me unnecessary things, pressure me into purchasing anything or maneuver my service into a sale of a new vehicle which I appreciate.
