Seriously done with Matt in service. Every time we have brought any of our 3 vehicles in to be serviced Matt always ends up being our advisor. Every time we have brought any of our 3 vehicles in to be serviced Matt always ends up being our advisor. First truck we brought in over a year ago to be serviced Matt calls my husband during the service - "hey buddy, you're cabin air filter and engine filter are like black... my service tech is standing right infront of me." My husband told him that it's okay and he will change them out himself as its LESS then half the cost to have your shop do it. Matt's demeanor immediately changed from being pushy to being really annoyed that my husband is totally capable of doing it. Fast forward to yesterday, brought our other truck in and the EXACT scenario, phone rings and I tell my husband he's bringing up filters. "hey buddy my service tech is standing right infront of me, you're getting bad fuel milage because your filters are BLACK." My husband tells him again he will do them himself. Matt was so beyond pushy and then was mad. His whole tone changed. $145 to change 2 filters is absurd. Then AGAIN today, my car goes in for recall work, and a service. We mentioned that the front camera was cracked and would like to see if warranty would cover it. He didn't say anything to us about that costing extra to be looked at. Anyone can look with their own 2 eyes to see its cracked. Just wanted to know if warranty covered it. Got the phone call about dirty air filters as my husband was changing his. My husband reminded him of their conversation yesterday. When we went to pick up my car Matt gave us our paperwork with a charge of $33 to look at the front camera. My husband was annoyed and Matt was like "ohh it's okay because you have enough ford rewards to cover the bill". My service and that used up all our rewards without our knowledge. If he's not making commission off sales then his pushy terrible attitude needs to change. People call car salesmen sharks. Matt's the shark. Less

I was on my way to do some grocery shopping (with a newborn and a toddler) when my vehicle started driving funny and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. DK was only a couple kms away so I got my vehicle there and service took it right in. The team worked quickly to diagnose the issue and find the part local and get it all fixed while I waited with my kids. They kept me updated on everything that was going on and definitely made what could have been a horrible situation have the best possible outcome with their great customer service! Hopefully I don’t have to bring my vehicle in a lot to get things fixed but if I do have to DK will get my business! Less
