Wasn't expecting a response until Monday. Got a reply pretty much right away saying my concern has been forwarded to the correct department and hopefully a response today. Putting a review now, as the response on a Sunday was totally unexpected when they were closed. Shows me that this place is willing to help/answer their customers even when not open. Gives me an insight on what's to come in hopefully more great service :) Less

After we had talked about my budget and what kind of vehicle I was looking for Brandon had narrowed down my options so we could see what worked best. Dan had taken me out and showed me a few of the vehicles, and went through each one top to bottom to make sure I could make the best pick. At no point did I feel pressured to spend more, or go out of my range of what I was comfortable with. Shannon helped me finish out all the paper work and get my insurance set up accordingly. Everyone here was super awesome, and made my experience a great one. I would send family or friends to see them 100 percent. Less

The service dept was on it quickly but m… MoreHad an issue with my eco-sport on November 10 2019, Had to get it towed to DK Ford since I blew the sidewall of the tire and the tire fix it kit cant fix that. The service dept was on it quickly but my major issue was with how the eco is designed. I had a good conversation with Lloyd Grapentine, the sales manager, and instead of sluffing it off with the ol "thats just how it is" routine Lloyd took action to correct my issue even though alot off others would have said no we are not going to do this. So when Lloyd and the people at DK Ford say they care about thier customers believe it they walk the walk. Thier service Dept is top notch also Happy customer for life Less
