The 2026 Mustang keeps the familiar EcoBoost, GT, and Dark Horse lineup and layers in a handful of new appearance options and feature updates.

Standard on Mustang EcoBoost and EcoBoost Premium, this four-cylinder pairs exclusively with a 10-speed automatic and a limited-slip rear axle. Selectable drive modes and steering settings let you tune how the car responds in different conditions.

5.0L Ti-VCT V8

Standard on GT and GT Premium. A six-speed manual with rev matching comes standard, with a 10-speed SelectShift automatic available that adds paddle shifters, remote start, and Remote Rev.
