She was so pleasant to deal with. She delivered clear communication, and kept me informed of the entire process. The technician had clear communication back and forth, and unfortunately I don’t have his name, but was honest and every option and price was discussed and disclosed. Obviously I didn’t want to have to spend this money on repairs, but to be expected and Shasta and the complete team at DK ford made sure that I was well taken care of. Thanks again!!! Less
