I was so impressed with the service and the way that DK makes you feel like a valued customer that we bought our second Ford vehicle there as well. It was the primary reason we chose the second vehicle. DK does a great job of making you feel like more than just a number and in this era of so many good vehicle makes out there, it is the customer sales and service that kept me coming back to a Ford and specifically to DK. Owned a 2009 Ford F150 and still own a 2013 Ford Escape. I have been very satisfied with both purchases and the subsequent service. Less

It left me stranded on the side of the road due to dpf filter plugged. I found the price expensive for a delete pipe only installed but that is probably ford and not the dealership fault. So that was ok . I'm a clean person and like my truck clean and brought it there spotless . The techs working on it muddy the inside up and door panels some how got muddy as well .. spent lots cleaning and getting detailed due to unprofessional care of customers vehicle .. I would hope they can learn from other places that wash and lay cardboard down and pay attention to climbing in and out of customers vehicles . Less
