They took the vehicle in right away and promised to get it looked at by a mechanic the next day. I stopped by the dealership as I was driving by it the next morning and spoke with the service advisor, she was just going to call me but as I dropped in she took the time to speak with me and inform me what the mechanic has diagnosed and what was need to be done, the estimated cost and when the repairs would be completed (in this case the next day). I received a call from the service advisor the next day that the work had been completed and that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I got to the dealership to pick up my vehicle it was there waiting and the bill was exactly what I was told in the estimate. The only thing I has a little concern about was getting aride to pick my vehicle after it was repaired. I live in a community which is about 20 km from Leduc and I was told that it depends how busy the courtesy vehicle was and that they usually don't go that far. Overall the service was very good and they do what they quote you needs to be done, in fact I took my other vehicle there to be checked out. Less
