I take both my 2014 Escape as well as my wife's 2013 Escape. The attention and care shown by the various staff ( service people, reception, sales personnel ) is something DK should be very proud of. I love the lounge area with the state of the art coffee machine and simply enjoy watching TV, reading the paper or sitting back in their massage chair ! They are prompt, efficient and courteous. They were great in answering some questions not relating to the oil change which put me at ease about the running of my vehicle. They ask if I wanted my tires rotated and fluids all checked,etc...For only an extra $20 or so. I thought this was a great deal. The oil change was quick and they also phoned me to let me know when my vehicle was done. Less
