Since my first purchase I have always been treated like a most valued customer. No matter what my problem was DK took time to make sure it was addressed and fixed right. If I have questions they are answered in a timely manner and directly to the point, even if they had to go to Ford for the answer. The new vehicle purchase is very easy without having to haggle about price. I have checked on DK's price and always found it to very fair and competitive. The service department is very accommodating when I have to get my vehicle serviced or repaired getting me in and supplying me with a loaner or shuttle. I am always informed if I have any potential issues, that should or need to be fixed during my visit. I wouldn't consider going to another dealership. Less
