Sent it back to the shop so they could fix their mistake, all they did was straighten my steering wheel, they did not provide me with a report and did not make me aware of any damage or broken parts that would have possibly kept them from doing the alightment properly. My rear camber was so badly off there is no chance they even touched the alightment at all. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Money grab. Less

First explanation was weather, second was damage to the plastic fin... I am the only driver and there hasn't been any accidents. 2 year old truck that has been in the shop 3 times.. Less

One of the employees offered to take the dogs and give them some water and treats while we test drove the truck. Allan got the vehicle and brought it over. Took it for a test drive and came back to go over numbers. Very knowledgeable staff. Called back 2 days later and purchased the truck. Great staff, great service. Less

I factory Ordered a 2025 F-150 King Ranch from another Dealer, it went in to production then their order sheet said body shop, it stayed there for 3 weeks then the status changed to Unshippable, I got a call saying the Dealer was credited for the truck and the e-mail said to have the customer reorder, obviously my Factory Order got wrecked. I don't want to Order another one because with my luck Trump will put the Tariffs on and the truck won't be built, so I'm looking for a 2025 F-150 King Ranch Powerboost 157 Wheelbase. They got one in Blue on the lot but they won't stay open long enough to sell it. That's to bad, Lacombe Ford has one on rail in Grey. I committed to that one, this place doesn't give off a good first impression for a guy who is a Fleet Manager for a large company, I guess my superiors tell me to use Nisku Ford for a reason. Less
