Truck was ready when they said it would be after ceramic coating and sprayliner and other items were done, no delays or excuses and I'd have to say the entire team I dealt with was rock solid hands down. This is my 2nd purchase there and if anything it was better than the already great job they did in the past. Less

They will send your trade in for wholesale bids. I got a quote for a trade in that seemed low so I went to other dealerships and my trade in went up by a substantial amount. If DK sold you a vehicle at wholesale prices it would make sense but I don't see that happening Less

I'm going to try to be as detailed as possible here. If you look at my reviews, you will see I very rarely leave negative reviews. I arranged well ahead of time to drop off my truck(2022 F150 Lariat) to get some things done while I was away on a trip. Oil change, they did a recall, and two more things I'll mention below. The dates were clear and I stayed in touch via email while I was gone. I was flying in to Edmonton today to pick it up. Initially was supposed to be there at 15:30. I talked to the service advisor at 12:30 to let them know I was coming. It was delayed two hours and I let them know I need it parked outside the gate as they would be closed. As I was getting on my plane and 25 minutes before the service department closed, they called me and said my battery was completely dead. They could boost it to get it parked outside the lot, but it won't start when I get there because it has to be driven to charge the battery He actually insinuated it was my fault because the truck had been ready since January 2nd, but I assume he didn't know the arrangement I had with the other advisor. I was picking it up on the 15th when I returned from my trip. Then he asked me if I had triple A to boost it. I don't. Because I have warranty and a new truck. (AAA's ETA was 48 hours by the way) So when I landed I found a taxi, sadly a Prius, but he enthusiastically said he could boost me. I had my doubts. As I suspected he didn't have enough juice to do it, without some patience. So he left me standing on the side of the road at 18:30 at night in -27 degrees Celsius. I tried a taxi because towing companies had ETAs of anywhere from 6 hours to two days to two weeks. While I was on the flight from Calgary to Edmonton, my girlfriend was frantically calling towing companies. She found a guy who would do it for 200 dollars. Eventually after walking for ten minutes to a MacDonald's to thaw my body out, I heard back from the 200 dollar guy. He was on his way. I needed to get it going, because I have to work tomorrow night 400 km away. I'm currently sitting at MacDonald's waiting to hear from the guy boosting my truck. The wild part was that they had absolutely no solution, just... Oh that's tough, good luck.. During the worst cold snap of the year when there are no tow trucks available. The most simple task to get my truck going and they just left me stranded. I should also add, I don't live in Edmonton. I live in South east BC and am heading to work south of Grande Prairie. I flew from the Dominican Republic, to Toronto, to Calgary, rented a car, drove home, drove back to Calgary, then flew to Edmonton all to have this absolute train wreck waiting for me. This has been my experience with DK Ford. Edit: I've now driven to Hinton to sleep for the night before carrying on tomorrow. The knocking in the rear end is....not....the....shocks.... They tried saying it is the aftermarket Eibach shocks I have on it which came with a high quality leveling kit. I researched this kit extensively before ordering it. It sounds like the exhaust knocking around or something. I am not an idiot, I don't like being treated like one. Issue not resolved. I had them change out the plastic lense which covers the digital cluster because it got scratched somehow. I have a protective film that I planned to put on the new one. New one has small scratch. Right from the moment I picked it up. I don't know. All around, this was a very bad experience. Low effort, poor quality work, and they way they handled the dead battery blows my mind. Edit 2: I gave them a bad review with ford and they said they would reimburse me the 200 bucks if I gave them a good review. That kinda sounds like extortion. Why would I? This is a trash service department. Less
