A few months later the transmission started slipping and our local mechanic told us there is 10 year extended warranty on these cars. We called DK Ford and after checking the vin they told us our warranty was expiring in 3 days, they got our car in the next day, had it fixed the day after that and delivered it back to us all at no charge and with one day to spare before our warranty expired. I was extremely impressed with how accommodating they were and would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for service. Less

Alan in sales was excellent to deal with and very accommodating during delivery to our kids inconvenient nap schedule. Low pressure atmosphere and knowledgeable staff are the best part.
