I showed up to DK and asked For a module upgrade they quoted me a hour which what they charged however they didn’t do the module upgrade as I asked for as they said they didn’t believe that was the is… MoreI showed up to DK and asked For a module upgrade they quoted me a hour which what they charged however they didn’t do the module upgrade as I asked for as they said they didn’t believe that was the issue. They then took it out for a test drive and did diagnostics on my SUV with out my permission no call until it was done. I told them I did not want diagnostics done as it was already done I told them this at drop off. So 187.00 later and no module upgrade rather a quote for $5000.00 to repair a whole bunch of other stuff. Not impressed then they said ok leave it for another hour and we will do the upgrade and not charge. I didn’t have the time to leave it for another hour nor do I trust them now so no thank you. VERY DISAPPOINTED when a customer comes in to ask for a certain thing done you don’t take it upon yourself to do other things that were not discussed before hand. I will not be back EVER and I will make sure to spread the word to not have service done at DK Ford. Thanks for nothing. Less
