Jen did my financing. Super friendly and love her cute office partner (dog). I was nervous driving all the way for this vehicle, but Roly and Jen made my visit so easy, and had no stress. When… MoreI had experienced one of the worst travel days, just hours before I was supposed to be at the airport, my truck wouldn’t start. CAA determined it was a starter issue and towed me to the DK ford. When I arrived there, I was helped by Shasta and explained to her my situation. Shasta went above and beyond to accommodate me and my travels. She was able to find someone to do a quick battery check and rule it out. Since she knew I was travelling out of the country. They texted me while I was in the waiting room and asked to speak to me. They were able to find the necessary part nearby. Someone went to the store 45 minutes away, purchased the part, returned and fixed the issue all in time for me to get to the airport. I’ve never seen that level of service from any dealership, Ford or not. Thank you so much to the team Mike, Gord, Dave, Jerry & Shasta for such an amazing job. Do everything you possibly can to get serviced at this dealership if you are in the Edmonton area. Less

Everyone said they would call me back, but no one did. I'll be relying on other Ford dealers from now on. Less
