After a days drive south and arriving at tge dealership, i was told i wont be getting my truck fixed because they had no diesel mechanics on site that day and they wouldnt be able to do the repairs..i was not pleased and had to return back north a couple days later without getting my heater fixed. Thanks dk ford..real proffessional. You'll never see that truck again. And to think i was considering trading it in. Still am. But it wont be at a ford dealership thats for sure. Update to you're reply. Friday Aug 25-26...2011 f350 Lariat 6.7 diesel. You had no diesel mechanics available working that day. Why??? I don't understand, somebody should have called me the day before and advised me i wouldn't be getting it repaired. It would have saved me the 15hour drive. Randy Less

Stay away to preform any type of service. Never trust this place to touch your vehicle, even if it is your last option. Bunch of crooks, charge for work not even done. Bunch of crooks, charge for work not even done. Truck was brought in under Iron Fist Towing & Recovery. Issue had been cold air coming in from one spot on drivers foot well. Heater still blowing hot air, no issue when stopped, only when truck is moving will cold air from one spot enter the cab while heat is still blowing out of vents. Diagnostic from “top mechanic in the shop” was that heater core needed to be replaced at value of over $2000. Which was not the issue, nor a solution for a stuck actuator door. 2nd issue. Check engine light was on and to see what the engine light code was, charged two hours for them to plug in a computer and Service writer says “it’s a minimum 2hour charge to diagnose anything diesel.” What a joke. 3rd issue, vibration and hum from passenger side over 80km only when accelerating. Diagnostic says, “oh it’s your tires.” It isn’t my tires because I’ve had 2 different sets of tires on this truck with same issues, same bad scrubbing on front right corner, and all of the our signs indicating that it isn’t just “my tires” which I had also been charged for another hour. So over all, 4 hours charged, with zero result or solutions. Like I originally said in my first review. Crooked, dishonest and when trying to peaceful resolve the service writer ignorantly argued that they’re the professionals and I knew nothing. His word for word quote “well I can’t even do anything for you because all the managers went home at 4 so sorry.” It’s sad to see dealerships and shops operate in such a win/lose transactional manner, but when you pay bananas, you get monkeys.
