I came into this location last week because I have a nail in the sidewall of my tire and needed to buy a new one. The lady in Parts I dealt with was... friendly enough I guess but she and the other staff seemed more occupied with her dog being there than trying to help me properly. She told me she would give me a call when the tire came in that I ordered (either that day or the next). I never heard from her so I called them two days later. Turns out the tire was there. I then get transferred to someone who sounded like he could’ve cared less about his job in service dept. I booked an appointment to get the tire swapped out and showed up today to no appointment actually being booked. The service advisor asked about my quote to which I told her no one has told me a word about price this far in the process. No one confirmed the appointment - nothing (no one even introduced themselves by name). I got a lot of “we just got a new system” as an excuse for the disorganization and sloppiness. I was sitting in the showroom waiting and I saw my truck get pulled around the front. I assumed it was in the line up to be fixed. Turned out it was completed and it just took 20 mins to let me know it was done. Needless to say there’s no way I’d ever come back to this Ford location. Their disorganization, unmotivated staff and overall sloppiness here was embarrassing for me as a consumer. Less

A… MoreI used to think this place was good and had gone here in the past. Getting through to the service department will most likely end in you being disconnected numerous times. That’s frustrating enough. A never ending loop of wasted time. Calling reception, I’m sent to an answering machine more often than not. Even during regular business hours. I Never knew I’d have to try so hard to give someone my business. Went elsewhere for my extensive list of maintenance and repairs solely because communication broke down before I even had a chance to communicate and it wasn’t giving me a good feeling of what was to come. I couldn’t imagine having an actual issue and dealing with that. Talk about frustrating Less
