I'm not going to use any names here but it rhymes with Feam Tord...cough cough...However DK Ford turned the experience around and we got a Ford Explorer from them and have loved it since. Fast forward to recently. After having our second vehicle kick the bucket we stopped at a few Edmonton area used car dealers. Once again after having a terrible experience in a number of GoAuto outlets I stopped by DK Ford to see what they could offer. Ken Jensen had a wonderful used Fusion on the lot. He was up-front, honest and willing to negotiate to get us in the car inside our budget. Fantastic experience and once again turned it around for us! I'll be coming back here first in the future! The tire supplier would not warranty the t… MoreI recently purchased a vehicle from DK Ford (great service from the start of the process to finalizing the sale) and just recently had an issue with a tire. The tire supplier would not warranty the tire as they said it "could" have been caused by a pothole. I contacted DK Ford to see what my options were, if any, and they came through in a big way. Not only are they covering the cost of the tire and install but allowing it to be done in my hometown vs. getting the car back to the dealer. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle to consider DK Ford for your purchase!
