Sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They found exactly what I was looking for and treated me fairly on my trade-in. Financing lady went above and beyond. She had to do all the paper work twice because after I chose a truck and did the financing, I changed my mind and decided to go with another truck on the lot. There were that many trucks there that deciding on the one I wanted was really hard. Once I decided on the truck I wanted and finalized financing, The service department worked efficiently in getting the add-ons installed in the short timeline I required since I was an out of town customer. Overall it was a great buying experience. If you are looking to buy off a lot and avoid the extremely long waits and delays of ordering a vehicle, give DK a try. Less
